AWANA!

Kids represent the greatest opportunity to make a long-term impact on our world for Christ. Awana establishes welcoming, supportive environments where kids, from every background and cultural setting, learn how a personal relationship with Christ affects their everyday lives.

AWANA is for children ages 2 thru students in 6th grade and runs during the academic school year. Join us each Wednesday evening from 6:30pm – 8:00pm

What Is AWANA?

Awana helps churches and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. Our programs offer a proven approach for evangelizing and discipling kids in the church and community.

As a ministry leader for 60 years, Awana is making an impact. A recent national survey found Awana to be as important to our alumni’s spiritual foundation as all other church activities combined. Among alumni who participated in our programs for at least six years, 92.7 percent still attend church at least weekly as adults!

Each week, more than 1.5 million kids ages 2 to 18 participate in Awana. Over 12,000 churches in the U.S. and more than 10,000 internationally run Awana programs that change young lives through biblical truth.

Common Questions

Trusted, background-checked staff members and volunteers are trained to assist you when registering your child for the first time, or when you are experiencing issues with check-in. When a parent or guardian checks in a child, you will receive a security label which is needed for child pickup when you’re ready to go. This label does not include any identifiable information except the child’s name and any allergies/medical notes they may have. After first-time registration, you’ll be able to check your child in easily with a keycard that contains a unique barcode for your child. Our servers are owned and operated by us and information is never shared with third parties.
We follow the national AWANA program so you can be assured your children are being taught lessons tailored specifically for their age group.
